[摘要]
目的 利用毛細(xì)管電泳法鑒別天麻及其 4種常見偽品以及測(cè)定天麻中有效成分天麻素。方法 電泳分離條件為 2 4m mol/L 硼酸鹽 (p H=9.4)、運(yùn)行電壓為 16 k V。結(jié)果 在該分離條件下,通過比較電泳譜圖和天麻素加標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn),4種偽品與天麻可以很容易鑒別 ;天麻中的天麻素可以達(dá)基線分離,定量測(cè)定在 15 m in之內(nèi)完成,線性相關(guān)方程為 Y=- 0 .0 48+7.79X(r=0 .999)。結(jié)論 方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確,可以作為中藥天麻的質(zhì)量控制方法

[Abstract]
Object To develop a method for the distinction of genuine Gastrodia elata B1. from its four falsified plants of common occurrence and determination of its active principle, gastrodin by capillary electrophoresis. Methods The electrophoretic conditions were a buffer solution containing 24 mmol/L borate (pH=9.4), at a voltage of 16 kV. Results The electrophorograms obtained under the above conditions showed easily distinguishable differences. Baseline separation of gastrodin was achieved and its quantitative analysis can be accomplished within 15 min. The linear correlation equation was Y=-0.048+7.79X (r=0.999). Conclusion This method could serve as an easy and precise method for the quality control of G. elata.Keywords:capillary electrophoresis; Gastrodia elata Bl.; gastrodin
