[摘要]
目的 研究川芎化學成分。方法 利用硅膠柱層析分離,薄層純化,分離川芎化學成分,經(jīng)理化常數(shù)測定,波譜分析等鑒定結構。結果 共分得7個化合物,分別為正十六烷酸(Ⅰ),4,7-二羥基-3-丁基苯酞(Ⅱ),大黃酚(Ⅲ),咖啡酸(Ⅳ),原兒茶酸(Ⅴ),阿魏酸(Ⅵ)和胡蘿卜苷(Ⅶ)。結論 化合物Ⅱ為一新化合物,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅶ為首次從該植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.. Methods Some compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel column, their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the plant and were identified as n-hexadecanoic acid (Ⅰ), 4, 7-dihydroxy-3-butylphthalide (Ⅱ), chrysophanol (Ⅲ), caffeic acid (Ⅳ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅴ), ferulic acid (Ⅵ), daucosterol (Ⅶ) respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅶ were found from this plant for the first time, compound Ⅱ is new.
