目的 明確雙黃連粉針劑體內(nèi)外抗病毒譜及作用機制。方法 采用組織細胞培養(yǎng)法、染料攝入法,檢測雙黃連粉針劑對不同種病毒的作用,改變給藥時間、途徑,探討雙黃連粉針劑抗病毒作用環(huán)節(jié)。建立病毒性心肌炎、胰腺炎、流感動物模型,通過組織病理學檢查法,觀察雙黃連粉針劑對感染動物的保護作用。結(jié)果 雙黃連粉針劑具有明顯抗流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒型、單純皰疹病毒Ⅰ及Ⅱ型、柯薩奇病毒B₃,A₁₆、新型腸道病毒71型的作用。對脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒Ⅲ型、?？刹《?型、麻疹病毒、水泡性口炎病毒有一定的抑制作用。并能顯著抑制肺炎、心肌炎、胰腺炎的發(fā)生,療效與清開靈相似,優(yōu)于穿琥寧粉針劑、魚腥草、莪術(shù)油注射液。結(jié)論 雙黃連粉針劑是一個較廣譜的抗病毒針劑,抗病毒作用是多途徑的。

Object It was to expound antivirus spectrum and the mechanism of antiviral action of SHUANGHUANGLIAN INJECTION (SHLI). Methods To observe the inhibition of various virus by SHLI, the methods of tissue culture, cell culture as well as dye absorption test were used. The antiviral effect of SHLI was studied by using SHLI with different administration procedure and route. The animal models of myocarditis, insulitis and pneumonia were made and the protection of SHLI in these animal models was observed. Results SHLI has significant antivirus effect against influenza virus, measles virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, herpes simplex virus and was more excellent than CHUANHUNING, YUXINGCAO, EZHUYOU INJECTIONs. It also can strongly inhibit the development of myocarditis, insulitis and pneumonia, and has a little antivirus effect against enterovirus. Conclusion SHLI is a wide-spectrum antivirus medicine and has various antiviral mechanism.
