中醫(yī)藥是中華民族幾千年實踐經驗的總結,在重大慢性疾病、新發(fā)突發(fā)傳染病等方面表現出巨大潛力和良好的治療效果,中藥是先導化合物發(fā)現的巨大寶庫,其數據庫種類繁多,如中藥化學數據庫、 中藥系統藥理學數據庫與分析平臺、TCMBank 數據庫等。隨著人工智能技術的飛速發(fā)展,已進入大數據時代,人工智能與中醫(yī)藥深度融合推動了中藥數據庫的發(fā)展。中藥信息標準化、 數據分析智能化是中醫(yī)藥現代化發(fā)展的必由之路,開辟了中醫(yī)藥科技創(chuàng)新賽道,是推動中醫(yī)藥產業(yè)高質量發(fā)展的強大引擎。通過對中藥數據庫的研究進展進行綜述,并對數據庫的應用進行展望,為推動中藥數據庫在人工智能支持下的創(chuàng)新升級提供參考,助力中藥產業(yè)的現代化發(fā)展。

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) represents a synthesis of millennia of practical experience of the Chinese nation, showing great potential in the treatment of major chronic diseases and emerging infectious diseases. TCM serves as a vast treasure trove for the discovery of potential lead compounds, with a wide variety of databases, such as Traditional Chinese Medicines Database (TCMD), Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP), TCMBank database, and so on. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, we have entered the big data era. The deep integration of AI with TCM has facilitated development of TCM databases. The standardization of TCM information and intelligent data analysis are critical approaches for the modernization of TCM, opening new avenues for technological innovation in TCM and serving as a powerful engine for highquality development of TCM industry. This review discusses the progress in the research on TCM databases and their prospective applications. It aims to provide a reference for innovative upgrade of TCM databases supported by AI and ultimately facilitating the modernization and development of TCM industry.
