山茱萸Cornus officinalis作為中國傳統(tǒng)重要中藥品種之一,資源豐富,其成分、藥理作用多樣,具有極大藥用價值。目前從山茱萸中分離鑒定出多種化學物質(zhì),包括環(huán)烯醚萜類及其苷、三萜類、有機酸類、黃酮類、多糖等;藥理作用主要有抗腫瘤、降血糖、保護神經(jīng)元、抗氧化和抗炎等。通過檢索近20年國內(nèi)外相關文獻,對山茱萸的主要化學成分、藥理作用進行綜述,為探究山茱萸的現(xiàn)代臨床作用的機制方面提供新的思路和方向。

Cornus officinalis, as one of the important traditional Chinese medicinal varieties in China, is rich in resources, with a variety of constituents, pharmacological effects and great medicinal value. At present, a variety of chemical substances have been isolated and identified from C. officinalis, including iridoid terpenoids and their glycosides, triterpenoids, organic acids, flavonoids, polysaccharides, etc.; and the pharmacological effects mainly include antitumor, hypoglycemia, neuron protection, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. In this manuscript, the main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of C. officinalis are reviewed by searching the relevant literature at home and abroad in the past 20 years, with a view to providing new ideas and directions for the study of C. officinalis’ mechanism in modern clinical practice.
