目的 探討中重度痤瘡患者給予六神丸聯(lián)合多西環(huán)素片口服治療的臨床效果。方法 選取2022年5月—2023年5月高安市人民醫(yī)院收治的中重度痤瘡患者80例，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成研究組（40例）與對(duì)照組（40例），對(duì)照組給予多西環(huán)素片治療，研究組給予六神丸聯(lián)合多西環(huán)素片治療，比較兩組臨床療效、痤瘡癥狀、癥狀消退時(shí)間、皮損數(shù)量、皮膚生理狀態(tài)及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 研究組治療總有效率（85.00%）較對(duì)照組（65.00%）顯著提高（P＜0.05）；治療后，兩組患者痤瘡綜合分級(jí)系統(tǒng)（global acne grading system，GAGS）評(píng)分均降低（P＜0.05），且研究組顯著低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。研究組癥狀消退時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者炎癥皮損、非炎癥皮損數(shù)量均減少（P＜0.05），且研究組數(shù)量顯著少于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。兩組患者治療后皮膚油脂含量均降低（P＜0.05），皮膚水分含量均提高（P＜0.05），研究組皮膚油脂含量和含水量均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。研究組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率（10.00%）與對(duì)照組（5.00%）比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。結(jié)論 中重度痤瘡患者給予六神丸聯(lián)合多西環(huán)素片口服治療，能夠提升臨床療效，促進(jìn)患者癥狀消退，減少皮損數(shù)量，改善皮膚生理狀態(tài)，具有較高的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Liushen pill combined with Doxycycline Tablets in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate and severe acne who were admitted in Gaoan People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected, and divided into the study group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Doxycycline Tablets, and the study group was treated with Liushen pill combined with Doxycycline Tablets. The clinical efficacy, acne symptoms, symptom resolution time, number of skin lesions, skin physiological status and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In comparision of the control group (65.00%), the total effective rate of the study group (85.00%) was higher (P < 0.05). After treatment, the global acne grading system (GAGS) scores in both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the study group was lower (P < 0.05). In comparision of the control group, the disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was shorter (P < 0.05). After treatment, the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory skin lesions in both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the study group was fewer (P < 0.05). After treatment, the skin oil content in both groups was decreased (P < 0.05), and the skin moisture content was increased (P < 0.05). In comparision of the control group, the skin oil content in the study group was lower (P < 0.05), and the skin moisture content was higher (P < 0.05). In the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no statistically significant difference between the study group (10.00%) and the control group (5.00%) (P > 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Liushen Pill and Doxycycline Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy, promote the regression of symptoms, reduce the number of skin lesions, improve the physiological status of the skin, and have a higher safety.
