[摘要]
枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,LBPs)是枸杞子的重要活性成分之一,具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、神經(jīng)保護、抗腫瘤、抗輻射等生物活性,在藥物和功能食品研發(fā)等領(lǐng)域具有良好應(yīng)用前景。而多糖結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,構(gòu)效關(guān)系尚未明晰,通過研究低相對分子質(zhì)量化、均一化的多糖降解產(chǎn)物的生物活性,可以有效挖掘多糖活性結(jié)構(gòu)域?;诖耍ㄟ^總結(jié)LBPs提取分離方法、結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其生物活性,并綜述了多糖降解方法及LBPs降解的研究進展,為LBPs的構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究及其進一步開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。

Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBPs), as one of the significant bioactive constituents of Gouqizi (Lycium barbarum), possess multiple biological activities such as immunomodulation, neuroprotection, antitumor, and radioprotective effects. It was reported to have promising application prospects in the domains of drug research and development as well as functional food exploitation. The structure-activity relationship of LBPs has not been clearly elucidated due to the structural complexity. Uncovering the bioactive polysaccharide domains can be achieved through investigating the biological activities of the low-molecular-weight and homogeneous degradative products of polysaccharides. To provide the basis for further research of the structure-activity relationship of LBPs, the extraction, separation and purification methods, structural features, and biological activities of LBPs were summarized, and the advance in depolymerization methods of polysaccharides as well as the degradation of LBPs was also reviewed in this paper.
