小建中湯為《傷寒雜病論》中經(jīng)典名方，具有溫中補(bǔ)虛、和里緩急的功效，是治療脾胃虛寒、腹痛、虛勞等證的經(jīng)典方劑。該方組方精巧、配伍得當(dāng)，常被古今醫(yī)家加減化裁用于各類(lèi)內(nèi)外科雜病的治療，療效顯著。近年來(lái)，隨著現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)的快速發(fā)展，關(guān)于小建中湯微觀作用機(jī)制的研究不斷發(fā)展與深化，為小建中湯治療疾病提供了新的思路。因此，通過(guò)對(duì)小建中湯的現(xiàn)代臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行梳理、總結(jié)，闡述了小建中湯在消化系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)及其在婦科、兒科等的應(yīng)用，為其后續(xù)深入的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究、二次開(kāi)發(fā)和臨床推廣應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。

Xiaojianzhong Decoction (小建中湯) is a classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription derived from Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases, exerting the efficacy of warming the center, tonifying deficiency, harmonizing the interior, and alleviating urgency. It is a classic prescription for treating disorders such as deficiency of the spleen and stomach, abdominal pain, and deficiency syndromes. This prescription is ingeniously formulated and well-matched in its ingredients, and has been frequently modified and adapted by both ancient and modern physicians for treatment of various internal and external diseases. The therapeutic effect is remarkable. In recent years, with the rapid development of modern pharmacology, studies on the microscopic mechanism of action of Xiaojianzhong Decoction have been continuously developing and deepening, providing new ideas for the treatment of diseases with Xiaojianzhong Decoction. Therefore, by sorting out and summarizing the literature on the modern clinical application of Xiaojianzhong Decoction, this paper expounds its application in digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, endocrine system, circulatory system, as well as in gynecology, pediatrics, etc., providing a reference basis for its subsequent in-depth experimental research, secondary development and clinical promotion and application.
